due diligence on development sites;

preparation of development feasibilities, including yield analysis and profitability;

reviewing and applying relevant planning controls;

identifying planning and development opportunities;

managing of the design process resulting in a fully designed and documented proposal;

preparation and submission of Statements of Environmental Effects with supporting reports;

managing development proposals to approval through relevant planning authorities such as Council,
Department of Planning, the Heritage Office, Environmental Agencies etc;

where necessary, obtaining approvals through the Land and Environment Court;

managing the preparation of CC documentation; and

managing the construction tendering process, including recommendation and appointment of the construction team.
